I had abortion on 16 of april than my period cycle need to be started as per the doctor 2 days back which was on thursday.

Last evening i had lights spotted blood in red after that it stopped. Now iam worried

why my period is not normal why it has stopped very concern is something wrong?

Hi there

I hope you are not too worried. The 1st period is usually within 4 weeks of an abortion (so you should have had your period around 14th May).

If you have been having sexual intercourse since your abortion but you haven't been using contraception since the treatment it might be that you could be pregnant again.

I would suggest calling your abortion provider for advice, reassurance and possibly a post-treatment scan.
