Do it mean you ovulating if you have clear discharge a week after your period ? And what if you had sex around the time you notice cloudy clear elastic discharge could u get pregnant?

Are you trying to avoid pregnancy or do you want to become pregnant? If avoiding pregnancy, then really no time is safe when having unprotected sex. If wanting to be pregnant this link is very helpful: nhs.uk/Conditions/contracep... .
