I was supposed to get my period the 6th of this months but it came the 9th and it ended today. When is the best time for me to have sex for me to get pregnant? Help.

Hi Lily,

You're most likely to get pregnant if you have sex around the time you ovulate. For most women this will be around 12-14 days after their period starts, but this will depend on your individual cycle.

The best thing to do if you are trying to fall pregnant is to try to stay healthy and relaxed and have regular sex throughout the month, and start taking folic acid for the healthy development of your pregnancy.

There's more information on the NHS website here which might be of use: nhs.uk/conditions/pregnancy...

I hope this helps.

Best wishes,

Katherine
