Hi it's been two weeks and I stopped bleeding and did everything I was advised but me and my husband had sex and I started bleeding after but during sex it didn't hurt. Why is this happening there no sign of infection

Hi Alesha,

As you waited for 2 weeks you most probably have not put yourself at any risk of infection, but if you are worried and / or if the bleeding continues you should contact the clinic where you had the abortion for a check-up and another scan, or you could go to your GP to seek advice. I understand you must be concerned about this but do try not to worry.

I hope this helps. Do let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Best wishes,

Katherine
