Hi! I haven't had a period in at least 6 months. I'm nineteen, and very irregular. I missed my period for five months before and had to get on birth control to have it. But now I've been off of it for a year and a half. Anyways, the last time I had sex was ten or eleven days ago and last night I had a spot of blood which was light pink and almost not there. This morning I'm bleeding almost heavy, but not really. I'm not sure if this is my period or implantation. Oh and the day before and yesterday morning I had a little cramps but that's the only cramps I had until today. I'm so lost.

I'm so sorry - this must be very confusing for you. If you periods are so irregular, it is difficult to know what your bleeding means, but this could be your period. As it isn't very clear, perhaps you could go and speak to your GP or pop down to your local family planning clinic to discuss this? They will be able to talk to you about your cycle and dates too. I'm sorry I can't be of more help.
