Christmas!!!

Well it's that time of the year again I know it's just me and my husband again I am all ready dreading it as I shall do a roast chicken dinner as I can just about able to eat that well some of it as I will have some of the "BLOODY" stuff from The "SO CALLED "SAFE FOOD" from the fodmap all over again as I am all ready worried about it attacking me over the Xmas period
