HELP PLEASE?

Does anyone get this problem? I have this constant "URGE" 2 empty my bowels all the time and this like gnawing scratching scraping in and up my bum and forever forcing 2 poop even after going I never feel empty and when I do go it returns I all ways feel frightened that when I go that it's unfinished I have to force it out most days as when I do afraid that it will become unblocked 4 that nasty watery stuff 2 come out and the feeling of never making it 2 the toilet in time and so ashamed of messing myself It has come to the stage now where I don't dare 2 venture out been indoors 4 months even though I have a radar key & card and wear paper pants every day since I had this IBS/Diverticular Disease and that was3/4 years ago!!! My way of thinking is I am in this "CATCH22" every day and forever eating the "SAFE" foods 2 keep me fairly solid just in case!!! any help PLEASE?

Hi, I have bowel problems too. I think I would ask your doctor about it. Your doctors can make sure you are ok and help you. I have had leaking, pus, mucus and bleeding, still having tests. I think I had an ulcer and the specialist thinks the same due to my neurological problems. Don’t let it stop you going out, just take supplies with you, that is what I do. Hope you get sorted.

See a colo-rectal surgeon. I had some similar issues and the colo rectal surgeons office did bio feedback for this exact problem. It was more effective than I expected. Also see a gastroenterologist. They will be able to help you. Mine, for example, suggested Metamucil and magnesium citrate. They pretty much eliminated the problems. I am not a medical professional and am not suggesting that you do exactly what I did. The point is that there is effective relief and that it makes sense to start with a colo rectal surgeon and a gastroenterologist.
