I’m really sry but I depressed need Help. I’m terrified

I know that I have posted before but I just really need help and reassurance.

So for the past month I have been having some stomach problems. For instance, in the morning I would feel that my abdomen region is hot. It sometime happens after I eat in the morning or afternoon but goes away in the evening hours. I sometimes feel like I can throw up but I don’t feel nauseous. But despite these symptoms I have normal stool and haven’t thrown up. But I am just tired of this and I want my normal life back.

I am a pretty healthy 21 yr old male and before this I have a fun and great life. But now I’m constantly stress and worried and I have terrible anxiety. I came to you guys on here to seek answers and help. I’m terrified that I may have stomach cancer or and ulcer or h pylori. I’m so scared that I might have stomach cancer that it’s slowly ruining my life and I feel like crying every day cause I don’t know what to do. Please I need your guys help, is what I’m feeling in my abdomen region normal or something else?

I have this as well. For the last 3 weeks I have had upper abdominal pain. I felt fine apart from this until last week I began to feel more tired and then yesterday I have felt sick. I have got a doctors appointment tomorrow. I had a phone appointment last week and the doctor thought I had a stomach ulcer but I'm going in tomorrow to see them face to face.

I feel you fear and anxiety. First, don't let your mind make you lose track of the present. Get an appt. with a GI Dr., one that will give you and Endoscopy and look inside your tummy. Thinking about cancer is the last thing to do. You are healthy. You very well may have an ulcer. You seem to have a sensitive constitution so just your worry could create that problem. An ulcer is an easy fix. Also test yourself. Go off anything spicy. No sugar, coffee or alcohol. Eat very lightly like fresh fruit, salad, baked potato, fish. in 4 days add chicken or turkey. No pork, beef. Drink lots of water. You can do this while waiting for a Drs. appt. Your tummy will appreciate this food. At your age you can heal very quickly. You were smart to ask for help. Think positive thoughts. If the tummy feels hot take an antacid. Or try a half tsp. baking soda in glass of water. If it is acid this will take the burning away. Right now just believe that a change of diet is going to help. I believe it will. Keep us posted.
