Can anyone help or tell me if I can drink squash as I am fed up with drinking plain water de-caf teas with lacto-free milk in it as at the moment I am having robinson's cordial diluted and still don't know when and how much kefir drink 2 have as I am having a yakult every morning on a empty tummy and really don't know what I am doing and don't want 2 waste my money OK PLEASE any help and tips would be very welcome THANKS

why would you not be able to drink squash? It’s good to keep your fluids up so as long as you mix it with still water I can’t see any problems with squash……they give you squash in hospital
