Bowel pain

Hi all, I had an abcess in my IIeum 20years ago surgery followed. Diagnosed with IBS not long after surgery. Now my bowel has gone crazy! Sore intestine for about a week then the cramps started followed by a brown jelly, yuk sorry! Which is constant in diarrhea form, having to wear pads can't leave the toilet, or house! Nil food for 24 hrs no improvement, had a small portion of mashed boiled potato yesterday many visits to the loo followed! am now weak as a kitten my life is on hold 🤔 I am a carer for my 95 yr old parents so must get sorted. Any help and support would be so appreciated 😊
