Please help me

For the past month I have been having some weird stomach/GI problems. Sometimes after meals I feel like my stomach or abdominal region is hot, despite not eating any spicy foods. I sometimes feels nauseous before eating a meal and during a meal. Sometimes it feels like I’m super gassy and I can even hear it.

One day I pooped and it was normal poop until the end. At the end it was like diarrhea and like a dark brown. No blood in stool or black tar stool. But ever since then I been afraid.

I’m so scared that I may have early signs of stomach cancer. I am 21 yrs old and have a pretty healthy body, but this just scares me. I’m so scared that I’m just wasting time and letting the cancer spread. And on top of all this my anxiety is making things worse.

Can someone please help me

Is this Bullet 935. You both seem to have identical worries, same age. Check the above discussion for Bullet 935. It could do you some good also. Mostly see a Dr. I am sure it is not cancer and something workable. You need to find out so you can stop worrying and feel better that you are getting help.
