Is this blood

On my stool this morning I noticed on this one small pebble it was red and I'm struggling to tell if its blood or food. I do eat a lot of raspberries and strawberry's. Half the stool was formed and softer pebbles, there was on the paper I put in toilet to cushion the stool a red mark above oddly which i would guess is from the below pebble. The rest of the stool was normal no blood on any other part baring a small speckle in the mucus which again I'm guessing may be from the below. Also should add did a FIT test on the formed stool (annoyingly not this part) and was normal. Driving me crazy with bowel recently any help would be appreciated? (Docs referred me weeks ago but sure I'm looking at months before I'm seen)
