I have suffered with Constipation on and off for last 7/8 weeks now. I go twice a day not majorly straining when I am constipated maybe 30/40 secs then starts etc. Today after putting paper to cushion the stool I noticed this what looks liked blood in mucus at end of stool. Rest of still didn’t have any. Was quite a bit of red skin in stool as I have raspberry’s and strawberries in daily nutribullet. Anyone offer any insight? If it was serious would constipation be more consistent and painful etc?
