I understand I need to go to my gp however if anyone could offer me advice as on the nhs sometimes the quality of treatment can’t be up to par due to over staffing etc i just need a few questions answered about stomach distension on and off for years coming and going I’m not talking mike bloating like the picture similar to a pregnant person tender to touch? How can one rule out constipation and stress? How many days would you have to pass a stool before it got this bad this isnt even my worst? It’s gradually getting worse I have nausea and a loss of appetite. Even if I pass a stool regularly this can keep happening I can’t find a pattern with the food I eat at all. Ovary scan was fine re my bloods my liver was a little off but that may be medication again I know I need to ask a doctor I just would love to rule out ibs or food intolerances if possible thank you for any advice I’m not pregnant and never had a child or was pregnant

Hi, I wish I could give you the answer, but when I find it I will share. My symptoms are the same. My bloods are off too, but the only answer I've been given unrelated to stomach issues, but maybe related is eosinophilia and basophilia from my white blood cells that fight infection are elevated. I am being checked for parasites, because I went out of the country 2-3 years ago and started getting more sick when I got home. My mom found a Dx called eosinophilia gastroenteritis in the Mayo Clinic Medical book. This is something else to consider as a possibility to bring up with your doctor depending on what your blood work shows.
