i am fling to australia and wondered if any one has done a long hall flight with a back brace, if so did it work and which one was it, please and thank you

I did a long flight, lasted 4 hours in it, can't lean back to relax. Now I pack a child's squishy pillow and it works great to position the spine.

There's a post here fairly recently about flying, it's probably worth finding it to readI hope you have a good journey, it's a long one, are you able to go business class?
