chiropractor suggested to my Mum. so we use it. car seat is leather, doesn't catch as much as fabric?, but it's still helpful.

Good tip. I got my husband to do that when he had his hip replacement a few years ago. I bought a sort of turntable thing from Amazon but the car seat has a shape to it and it didn’t move as freely as I thought it would - sitting on a bin bag was a far better arrangement.
