breathless

I have mild to moderate wedge compression fracture of t12, when I go for my daily walk I get a bit breathless, anybody else have this.

yes I do. I get breathless doing anything.

I’ve read that it can be because of a change in posture after compression fractures. When I had my fractures I found that because my posture had changed a bit, my stomach was slightly squashed up,and I could become slightly breathless sometimes .
