yes I do. I get breathless doing anything.
I’ve read that it can be because of a change in posture after compression fractures. When I had my fractures I found that because my posture had changed a bit, my stomach was slightly squashed up,and I could become slightly breathless sometimes . If you live in the uk, there’s a group called osteoporosis support(uk only) you might join. In their files you’ll find discussions for this and other related osteoporosis problems. Hope this helps. 🙂
