Hi Radars,

You will be able to ask about this when the ROS helpline is open again after their break. Please feel free to ring and speak to a specialist nurse on their free helpline number 0808 800 0035 They open again after News years day bank holiday.

I take exactly that, I have no choice. I do all I can to offset the effects with my diet, supplements, exercise, HRT and vibration plates. I will not take bisphosphonates under any circumstances.
