Over the festive period, the forum won’t be monitored as closely as normal. Our Royal Osteoporosis Society helpline is close for the holiday 5.00pm on Friday 23rd and will reopen on Tuesday 3 January at 9am

If you need urgent support over this period, contact NHS 111 by dialling 111 or the Samaritans on 116 123.

You can also find lots of information on our website, including details for other organisations who may be able to help:

theros.org.uk/information-a...

We wish all a safe and restful festive period,

Royal Osteoporosis Society 💙
