Any Males on Evenity here ?

Hi

I am on Evenity. Doctor got it approved for me from my Insurance Co. and sent me to a Clinic to get my doses. However the Clinic stopped my doses because they can't get paid from my Insurance due to the fact that their Billers don't seem to know how to bill it for a Male. Any Males have this problem ?
