Wow! Lucky you. Was speaking to my neighbour today, she’s a consultant anaesthetist, she said she’d had hers and I asked if she’d had both and she said just the first one but she was pretty confident that the first one would be pretty effective- which made me feel more confident too but I can’t wait to be like you and have both.
No, I realised you had had your first one but I knew you were waiting for it. When I asked my neighbour if she’d had both she didn’t give the impression she was waiting for her next one (I am!) she seemed to feel that the first was pretty protective and I know that she’s working in contact with covid patients at the moment too - so if she’s happy, I’m happy . Will definitely keep you posted when I get my booster shot. 😊.
I have mine on Friday with next one on 7th May. I wasn't going to have it as have reaction to flu jab, but changed my mind since my grandson aged 26 ended up in hospital with covid pneumonia.
Hi and sorry for not replying yesterday evening I was in even more pain than usual.
(Nerve pain from the fractures)
What a worry it must have been to have your Grandson ill in hospital with Covid pneumonia.
My eldest Grandson is 23 so I have a good idea how it will have affected you.
I am pleased to hear you will be getting your vaccine, and understand your apprehension, you have made the right choice by having it though and I hope it goes well for you.
I had a terrible headache for 24 hrs and woke in the night with it, a very stiff sore arm which is now improving and has begun to itch.
Some joint pain in my lower legs.
A small price to pay for getting protection from Covid 19.
Have you got your second vaccine booked in??
I was told I would be contacted when my next one is due.
It's very encouraging to hear you sounding so cheerful, I had my vaccine last month, also looking forward to second one. Yes, roll on spring and warmer weather. Take care.
