I have been religiously taking K2 mk7 supplements for the past year or so and have been taking collagen peptides for the past 6 months. I have not been diagnosed as of yet but I know that I am a good candidate as It runs in my family and I am thin and small boned. Does anyone here show an improvement in their dexa scans after taking these supplements. I steer away from medications and thus far at 65 have remained pretty healthy through a good diet and regular exercise.

I didn't take any bone medications and improved my t-score. Haven't tried collagen supplements.

How did you improve your t-score? 🤔 thanks!!
I take a collagen supplement, but with everything else it’s hard to know. Vitamin D3 may be worth considering. A blood test will let you know if you need it.
I’m in the US. Have been taking D3 for years because of a thyroid issue. I take around 5000 iu per day and hover around 50 in a range of 30-100. I definitely feel like it stabilized my thyroid levels. Won’t go back on that. If anything I could up it a little
Be aware that in the US Vit D is measured in Ng/ml but in the UK it's nmol/litre. There are 2.5 nmol/litre to 1 Ng/ml, so your 50 is 125 nmol/litre.
