Second post - is this bone ok after surgery?

This is a second post purely to add another photo. Looking for advice on whether the bone looks ok following surgery to get it back in place? Thanks

Whoa! No! It does not look OK to me, but I'm no doctor. How could the doctor think it looks OK?????
