Vibration Plate

I’m considering buying a vibration plate. Has anyone used one and obtained positive results? Are there any disadvantages to them?

Thanks Kaarina, like most things there’s positives and negatives, it’s all so confusing and sometimes it’s hard to know what to do. I’ll keep researching.
