Severe Degenerated Discs & Myeloma Risk indicated in blood tests that revealed IGG Kappa Paraprotein.

I feel bone pain in the left side of my rib cage, my hips, the left more than the right and my ankles are always in pain. Two lumps have appeared on my tendons just above the heel and they are saw to touch, they ache constantly and prevent me from trying to lose excess weight as I need to lose weight. I have severe degenerated discs, issues with the sacillioac joint and S1 L4. My mood has significantly lowered in these last few weeks. I feel like I'm completely in the dark and having to fight to get answers from the NHS.
