Hello Joschua!

I don't speak Portuguese, but I do like to type, so I typed your letter into Google Translate (Portuguese to English). I will paste the translation here for you. I am also going to paste my transcription of your letter, in case I made any typos. If I did, you can correct them and them copy/paste the section into Google Translate to see the corrected response. At the very least, you won't have to type the entire letter into the search engine.

🙂 I hope this helps, and I wish you the best!

Wendy in Michigan, USA

Translated copy:

Liver with microlobulated contours, presenting pseudonodular heterogeneous echostructure.

There is a hypopechoic area with a hyperechoic center in the right lobe with about 44x22 - follow up on treatment?

Additionally, it is visualized in the left lobe, a hypoechoic nodule with approximately 10x12mm of major axes, to deserve characterization by three-phase CT.

Partial thrombus of the right branch of the portal vein previously described. 11mm diameter portal vein.

Signs of portosystemic collateralization are observed, indicating the presence of splenomesenteric veins on Doppler study.

Intra and extrahepatic bile ducts of normal caliber.

Gallbladder normally distended with regular, thin walls. Endoluminal images suggesting the presence of small stones.

Pancreas difficult to visualize due to high gaseous interposition.

Bacchus of morphology, ecostructure and normal dimensions (110mm bipolar axis).

No free fluid in the upper abdominal recess

And this is the typed version of your letter:

Thank you very much for your work. The Problem is Idont understand the meaning of it. You must be a Doctor. Like how serious it is like Is it very bad or........? Thank you for translation and i will try to find out if my life is ending soon or not. Nobody here tells me anything like this here. They give me a paper and say to take Asparin.Anyway again thank you very much. You are very kind.

👍👍

Oh Joschua, I'm sorry - I misunderstood your original question! I thought you needed the paper translated. I'm just a caregiver, not a doctor. I do hope you can find someone to explain the ramifications of the results.

Wishing you all the best,

Wendy

Hello Joschua, If you would like a second opinion or a set of eyes, we can arrange it. What I can gather are a few things -- your bile ducts are normal (good), your gallbladder is distended but within normal range and it's possible you have gallstones (not great but not bad if you don't feel pain), and the scan was not able to see your pancreas because of too much gas. I've personally experienced this last issue many times where doctors were not able to read scans very well or see particular organs due to gas and/or stool in my GI tract.

Shoot me an email if you would like a second opinion.
