I’ve been on losartan one month and my muscle spasms are unbearable. Had this affected anyone else and do they use painkillers

Mine were twitching stomach muscles on spironolactone . Yours might be something like potassium or magnesium levels but don't supplement without blood tests. I am not a Doctor!
