Does any one know how long Losartan 25mg taken with Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg last in the body?

Does any one know how long Losartan 25mg taken with Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg last in the body and is effective for? It seems like it wears off within 12 hours or or so with me.

I don’t know the answer but I, living in the UK as I do, would immediately see my pharmacist who would definitely know the answer - or would find it for me if he didn’t know already.Whether US pharmacists would offer the same cooperation I don’t know.

Thank you so much for your response. I'll ask my Pharmacist, The last one I was asking some basic information on this medication, did not really give me straight answers so I need to ask someone else, another Pharmacist

The terminal half-life of losartan is about 2 hours and of the metabolite is about 6-9 hours. Daily dozing doesn’t seem to effect the levels beyond these numbers. Sorry I don’t know about the hydrochlorothiazide. Pharmacist or a google journey probably the best bet.
