Just back from my follow up appt from January, can never remember both sets of numbers, but in the first reading it was 137 we then had a short chat about life in general, second reading 130, so here's hoping GP happy with that

Thank you, I left my twenties behind a long time ago as I'm now 58

I also suffer from high blood pressure. Losing weight to try and get it down and also hopefully come off medication x
