Blood pressure update as promised

Sorry for the late reply a few weeks ago I went to a blood pressure meeting I promised an update on a earlier post .so this is it .I completely misunderstood what it was about .I thought I'd have another bp check then a private consultation with the nurse but what happened was we all sat around the table while a nurse explained about blood pressure ,what kind of things caused it what was the best ways to self help and if any of us wanted statins she would organize it a complete waste of time for me in afraid .
