Newly diagnosed

Hi everyone newly diagnosed after BP has been slowly rising for 2 years despite changing my diet and becoming more active. Put on ramipril yesterday and took my first dose last night. The pharmacist said I could take them whenever I wanted as long as it was the same time every day. I wondered when you all take your meds. There is a suggestion online that night time is better for you.

Well I'm not on Rampiril, I'm on Felodipine and Doxasosin which I take with my breakfast. Hope your BP reduces.

Hi, I take mine at bed-time as was advised by Pharmacist to do so initially in case of dizziness. I don't get any adverse symptoms and it seems to work fine.
