Just thought i let you know how i'v inproved.since last posting on here,i have been seen by a consultant at our local hospital who changed my inhalers..seen a nurse for breathing exercises.have a nurse coming in to do exercises and check on my progress,and just had a letter to go on a Pulmonary Rehabilitation programme for 9 weeks.but when i go on this. the exercise nurse will stop comeing in.cant believe the help i'v had.(just a shame i never got this help for my husband when he was a live)but i have also been to our local breath easy group.who are realy lovely people.THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THIS SITE THOUGH..and thanks to everybody...

so pleased your feeling better, i'm waiting to see a consultant at the hospital and hopefully
i will get sorted out and put on the right inhalers, i'm still walting to hear about PR though,

Don't forget after PR 'NEVER STOP EXERCISING' it will help you stay away from where you've already been.
