Pip Mandatory Reconsiderations

Well recived reply back from Pip re my pip claim and how assessor swiped my enhanced mobility of me etc.

Anyway the stood by the original decision WELL there’s a surprise.

So am debating if not to go tribunal give toff lies assessor told.

Am some will know I don’t mince my words when it comes to authority and telling them just what I think about them.

My doctors still won’t confirm my medical conditions in writing SO one could say that is medical negligence SO next time student doctor wants to sit in my gp visits HE be told to do one.

I’m sorry to hear that. They stood by their original decision but how did they make that decision, and when they made that decision had they been aware of your medical conditions that you’ve only recently discovered yourself? There was another post here in the past couple of days, I think it was saying your doctor has to disclose your health conditions to you, even if you have to pay for a written record. Good luck Jeff if you decide to keep fighting this 🤞

Usually p.o. have to write to your GP and consultant. That's what GPs told me. And consultant secretary. Did they take details of your GP and hospital your consultant is at.

Hi. Jeff. You. Must learn to play the game you like me get frustrated and it's not easy asking for help find a more compassiate DR. Or ask yr. consultant. There's. Lots of people that really graft the system they mess it up for the real sick people You must try to have some control or you will be the loser. Good luck. Take care. Paul

There's nothing that the stupulates that you have to inform DVLA about your health. And because you can drive or not should not be included in a DRs decinsion they. Just being very unfair and judgmental

Calm down Jeff, its so disheartening but maybe you could take your claim on legal anominally, or plain English they got it wrong !!!!!!! But you will need a good adviser and add your emotional stress due to family care needs. You can request a copy of your medical notes at no cost from hospital or GP I am told. As always ever best wish for success but remember it takes time and the right words to challenge. Good Luck

Jeff go to tribunal. The odds are on your side that you will win. I would advise you to request all information that the DWP hold on you. That would include the reason they give your enhanced mobility last time. Very often the old report will be at odds with the new one. It is easy to do and makes very interesting reading. You can app!y for all the information they have on you on the link below. It is a free service.
