Hi Babs, Sorry. You aren't feeling too good. Let's hope things improve soon.

Have you picked up a bug?

I had a bit of a shock, they have decided I am not a candidate for any form of lvrs, Oh well, back to the drawing board, but to say I am disappointed is an understatement! Anyway my friend you take good care and keep in touch, big hugs and much love, Maggie

That would be a bit of a shock. Sorry to hear that. I hope another option will be found for you.

yes, I was so sure from the feed back from the docs, would have laid money on it happening. Apparently a contra indication showed on the VQ scan. Trying to shrug it off,but its hard. Oh well, lets focus on sending best thoughts to Babs xxx

I'm afraid Maggie it's up and down like a roller coaster .Can't cough at the moment pain too bad , had a bad night and then was really sick this morning .I thought I might be ready for the homeward train but they said at least another 3 days😷 no my elephant legs are still here got to try to be more active then they might return .Been on exercise bike for 5 mins today so it's a start .

Have they said if they can try anything else with you ? But whatever the outcome my darling you must think positive and I will pray there is a solution for you .sending you the biggest of hugs .

Lots of love Babs ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Babs, you have had major surgery and you are bound to feel quite uncomfortable for a while,i imagine the dreaded suppository wil be to rectify constipation due to the opiate type pain killers you will have been receiving, hopefully you will start to feel more comfortable soon and commence on the gentle road of recovery and soon feel the benefit of lungs that are processing oxygen more efficiently.

love and best wishes Ski's and Scruffy xx

So sorry to hear you’re at the uncomfortable stage, Babs, but at least the op is over. I think Ski’s has offered excellent comments about where you are now, so I’ll say no more.

It will pass (maybe in more ways than one!!) Give yourself a few more days to reach the comfort zone.

Love to you, Penny 🌹🍀🌺 xx

Yes, just keep reminding yourself, this too shall pass. Hoping you start to feel more comfortable very soon.

Hi Babs, sorry to hear you’re not feeling too good. Try to come off the rotten morphine, it gave me constipation, nausea and loss of appetite. I hope you are managing to walk up and down the corridor occasionally, although I know it’s hard to force yourself to do it. I know you will feel better soon, and the op will be just a memory. Take care. Laura
