Weird symptoms after bronchitis?

Hello, everyone. I'm all new here, not sure how should I start talking about my topic, so here it is: 6 weeks ago I started having flu like symptoms( headache, runny nose, sore throat, cough). After 2 weeks, the symptoms seemed to improve. What I mean is, I felt less unwell, I didn't have a headache anymore and my cough became a bit productive which made my throat and my chest feel slightly relieved. By now, I was sure it wasn't just a flu anymore so in the third week, while I was still coughing, but not very much, I went to a pulmonary specialist, one I knew since november 2016, when I came to him because one of my friends had been diagnosed with TB and I had wanted to know if I was alright. It turned out I had latent TB, which, as many know, means that you've come in contact with the koch baccillus but your body was able to isolate it and so you don't develop the disease. Alright, back to initial story. I went to this doctor, he told me he will have to run some tests, which he did. I did an x ray, I gave sputum( as much as I could) and blood for the blood test. After the results came, he said I had acute bronchitis and that I shouldn't worry. Bronchitis will run its course and it will heal eventually. He gave some pills for the chest congestion. Next week I had to go to my family doctor and give him the results from the specialist since this is the protocol. They need to keep an evidence. The family doctor wasnt't satisfied with just the pills for the chest congestion so she gave me some other for the cough, which basically suppresses the cough reflex. At that moment I didn't think to tell her that my cough is a bit productive so I shouldn't be given suppressants. She also gave me antibiotics for prevention, because I have congenital heart problems: cardiomiopathy. I tooks the suppressants and the antibiotics for one week and my cough seemed to improve completely. But, after I finished this treatment, I realised, I was beggining to have a tickle in the back of my throat, especially in very heated enviroments. It's been 2 weeks of this tickling sensation, which gets a lot worse when I'm outside because it is very hot right now. I also seem to have an irritation on the back of my throat which is not healing. None of these symptoms get worse but nor do they get better. I'm very frustrated, I don't know what else should I do. I drank lots of cups of herbal tea, I try to keep myself as hydrated as I can. I noticed that this feeling in the back of my throat gets better when I breathe in cold air. Is it posible that my trachea and all my airways actually to be irritated from the bronchitis? And if so, why? And for how long?

I definitely can't inhale cold air on windy days .it may be possible that our trachea has a spastic type effect on it due to us intentionally holding back on breathing

A warm cup of herbal tea helps because it calms the muscle causing the spastic I'll effect.keep doing what you're doing as no one understands our body as well as us.

Hi, Vera21 . I haven't had the infection you've had, but a cold I caught has been dragging on, in my larynx rather than in my chest. I've found gargling with Corsodyl mouthwash and using a salt pipe has helped to reduce the everlasting tickle. Hope this may help.

Good luck. When my throat was really irritated I also made a hot honey, lemon and ginger drink - used a lemon and ginger teabag I found in the cupboard, and added honey to it before pouring on boiling water.
