Have you checked your temp. It sounds as if you are brewing something. Have you a rescue pack of antibiotics. If yu hurry, you might catch the surgery for their advice. Good luck - x

Hi, I had that for a spell too. Feeling legs like jelly, weak, hot all over sweat and felling nauseous. The 1st time it happened when I ate on an an empty stomach, 3 small bags of sweets I'd bought for children. . It happened a few more times over 2 years, usually when I'd skipped a meal so I had blood glucose test & it was fine.

It hasn't happened since ensuring I have 3 small meals per day plus 2-3 small snacks of a few nuts, a carrot, couple of oatcakes or a handful of seeds. I also now take Chromium daily (it aids insulin balance).

Weird, I really thought I'd developed diabetes.

I was lucky but I would urge you to see a doctor, it could be anything but needs checking. Sincerely, Peeg

Hi There

I have just had a chat with one of our nurses who has suggested it may be useful to take a sputum sample into your GP's to be tested to make sure there isn't an underlying infection there.

How do you feel in yourself, well, unwell?

If you would like to talk to us call 03000 030 555.

Best Wishes

Jo

Thanks everyone for your advice. I feel fine today but will do fasting glucose test in the morning and next time it happens will do glucose test straight away. Find my docs hard work have to wait for 2 hrs every time I see him so if you weren't ill when you arrived you certainly are by the time you leave.

I think maybe the mucous that wont budge can make you feel a bit sickly.I also start sweating now and again so I always have antibiotics on standby in case i start with an infection.regards Arl.
