Urge incontinence and smell

I suffer from mainly urge incontinence and wear pads every day just in case (though often necessary). How do you get rid of the urine smell from your skin? I’ve resorted to shower gel every day which strips the body of its natural oils but it still doesn’t completely stop the smell. Any tips welcome.

Femfresh has a product which is kind to "that" area. It's called Femfresh Intimate Skin Care, Ultimate care, active fresh wash.

I bought mine from Superdrug.

thank you, not sure how practical that will be for me but it’s worth considering.
