Just been diagnosed with mircrovasular angina. Came back from being out. Had crushing chest pain and cold and clammy when I was out and when I was sat down. Sat down and black out. Just came back around. Still having pains. Don't know what to do😔

call 111 or 999 - unless you know this is normal for you, seek medical help.

As Fanfab1 says, call 111 or 999 now, while you wait try to take slow deep breaths and assemble a few basic necessities in case you are taken to hospital and make sure emergency services can get in to your home
