So sad that these mistakes were made and a young life lost, ample opportunity to treat inherited arrhythmia.

This incident was totally avoidable, negligence and not doing their job properly. The Darent Valley Hospital is known locally as Death Valley Hospital. “There were so many red flags. If he was on beta blockers and taking them as instructed he would have been protected and not gone on to have an event.”

I know , thankfully, that this is not a common event but to think it was so avoidable. So sad.

Here's another story from the hospital concerned.

It is about the tragedy of the Head of Cardiology who killed himself due to the pressure of work.

Doctors and and nurses are human beings, they make mistakes, the consequences of those mistakes can be the death of another human being.

Avoidable mistakes are made due to a lack of knowledge, over work, stress and poor management of the hospital.

Sometimes the work load and pressures are unbearable.
