Myocarditis and Ejection Fraction Fluctuation

Does anyone have experience of myocarditis and how their recovery was in relation to the ejection fraction? The reason I ask is because I'm looking for some reassurance. Last May 24 I got myocarditis. Hospital 8 days. Ef dropped to 25% but recovered to 45% after 5 weeks and 49% after 3 months from hospital.

Unfortunately, my Ef has dropped from 49% to about 40% 6 months after the 49%. Inspite of 3 months of rehab and my own careful exercise. I've been switched to entresto because of it.

Did your ef also recover relatively quickly then maybe fluctuate? I'm interested to know what ef experiences there are out there. As well as entresto experience. Did it help? What ef improvements did you see with entresto?

My EF is 40 and has not changed since HF last June. Was changed to Entresto and found a great improvement in my humour, I'm no longer as bad tempered. and all around positive feeling.
