angina arm pain?

Try the BHF heart helpline nurse who may be able to help.
Hi Manhattan1 , I would say yes to what you have stated although have found that the diagnosis of Angina quite limited for myself or the refusal to acknowledge Angina is quite high.
I too have surging sensation in both arms, feet, jaw, headaches, chest pains, coldness in both hands and feet, headaches, ringing in my ears and feeling of needing to vomit if I lean forward.
Perceiver with if you feel it's Angina and get as much help as you can.
Yes. I used to get weird discomfort in my arms on an elliptical machine, especially when the arms were above the heart.
And in other situations.
Yes, angina can be felt in the chest, neck, jaw, shoulders, back, arms or hands - it can be strong or light pain, can also feel like indigestion or wind and can also show up as a tight chest and/ difficulty in breathing
thyroid problems sometimes cause heart problem, I’m under active, high cholesterol two years ago lead to HA. So not surprised. Another guy I know also same problems . So it’s more common than what people think.
I had discomfort in my left arm for many years particularly when excerting myself. In recent years I thought that I was developing arthritis in my left shoulder. After an angiogram in January (no treatment) and a new bag of pills, my shoulder pains went away so I think that they are related. They do come back and sometimes I use a GTN spray
