LVSD & T Cell Lymphoma

my husband has had heart failure for a long time, he had a Pacemaker inserted in 2020, and in late 2023 was experiencing a dramatic change in his health. He was told his heart function had deteriorated markedly in three years and was prescribed Dapagliflozin. At the same time he was being investigated for Hodgkin Lymphoma.

move forward to October this year and conclusive diagnosis of AITL, Vascular Dementia, and LVSD 26%. He’s also just recovered from Sepsis.

My question really is he is breathless all the time now even just sitting down, he’s dizzy and feeling faint frequently. Is this how it’s going to be for him till his poor old heart just stops?

This previously vigorous strong clever man is reduced to a shuffling shell of his old self and I’m so sad that this has happened to him. 😢
