Hi, anyone else here been diagnosed with low risk brugada through Ajmaline test? I think I'm just looking some reassurance as it's all so new and terrifying when you read about it.

Hi, have you been advised to take medication or are they happy to leave it as low risk?My son (age 13) hasn't been diagnosed yet but we are going through the genetic processes looking for Brugada syndrome as they're fairly certain that is what he has. He has had some episodes of sustained ventricular tachycardia and now has an ICD fitted through Great Ormond Street hospital.

I'm sorry I can't offer any info on low risk but you're not alone. We have been told with regular check ups and reduction in high intensity sport, there isn't any reason why our boy can't live a long, normal(ish) life.

Take care.
