6 Months Passed Myocarditis

6 months passed after diagnosed with Myocarditis on May 2024. My recovering journey ups and downs. On August, I repeated MRI and thanks God everything cleared which are no more inflammation around my heart muscles.

Last October I went to follow up one more time and my troponin back to normal. However, I still felt my upper chest below collar bones not comfortable. No pain inside my ribcages but more on outside the ribcages.

Went to A&E mid November and all good which also including ECGs. Went to clinic last week and ECGs turn out also to be normal.

Previously, I have GERD and sometimes on medications. GP told me that this are because of my GERD or Costochondritis. Anyone feel the same like me? I'm really scared

The pain is not due to myocarditis with a normal CMRI and normal troponin.

Perhaps talk to your GP about a graded exercise regime and see what happens when you see that your exercise capacity is good
