I have had heart failure for 4 years and AF had a stent fitted in the left ventrical which I was told pumps the blood back around my body , I have taken up Nordic Pole walking as I was told it is a good exercise for heart failure patients has anybody else done this and if so did it improve your breathing or has anybody got any advice ?
