are feet massagers good for heart failure

That's a question for your medical team. They can be a problem if you have a heart device fitted, diabetes, circulatory problems, arrythimias etc. My husband has HF and he wouldn't be able to use one.
I enjoy a massage, including of my feet, and am lucky in having two friends whose treatment is up to professional standards. One consideration could be how firm your massager is. Two or three months after my new heart valve was fitted and I was on anti-coagulants, I learnt (by way of this forum IIRC) that deep massage was not a good idea because it could cause bruising and bleeding under the skin. Professional masseurs are meant to check with a patient first and may even ask for a note of approval from a GP.
most foot masagers include a warning that they are not suitable for people with heart failure and some other heart conditions - the maker's websites should have more details
Hi 2001sezza, I queried this with my cardiac nurse and was advised massages are not a good idea with people who have heart problems. Reason being if you have water retention, especially around your ankles, it can move towards your heart. If in doubt, don't. Best wishes.
what everyone else as said and also if you’re on anticoagulants you shouldn’t use them.
