I would like to thank everyone who responded to my last post. Reading other stories does make me realise how lucky I am .. this I will keep in my head!!! It actually humbled me when I see what more you have all been through than I have in terms of number of stents, operations… so I am truly grateful for the support .. your words have been so much appreciated :. I am so used to sorting everyone else out around me that I do think that has made me feel that I had no control over this… thank you this group has helped and I hope I can be as supportive to everyone else who needs it

Hi Nanatoone

No problem. I am also a bit of a control freak and like to take charge, so when my husband had his cardiac arrest out the blue it totally freaked me out and I felt I needed to do something, so I tend to look into all the medication and any other help I can provide for him.

This forum helps me more than him I think, as he is quite chilled about it all most of the time - mainly as he still remembers nothing for about a week !

Good luck with your recovery and just read the daily posts for any useful x
