I have occasional neck shoulder and mid back pain on and off just lately, now I am also having severe indigestion pain under left breathing and back especially if I lie on my left side.
Otherwise I feel okay.
Should I be worried. ?

Hello
I can see you have had a heart attack before reading your Bio
These things you are getting could be numerous things that are causing them but they also can be heart related so I would make an appointment with my Doctor and get checked out and if things do get worse before you see your Doctor phone 111 or go to A&E
Let us know how you get on x
Thank you, was worried I was being paranoid.
Hello
No you are not been paranoid just sensible by getting it checked out
Hope it is something simple and you will let us know x
If you had heart bypass surgery your sternum has wired sutures wrapped around your breast bone , after 17 yrs as a post operative patient at 81, I get similar discomfort after about the first 3hrs sleep so I have to get up and make a cuppa and go back to bed again when the pain/discomfort subside I wl be having the wire sutures removed shortly
Best regards Big Al
I had some similar sensations this spring (previous HA and CAD), so I went to my cardiologist who immediately set up a stress test and ECG. Thankfully all seems to be as clear as can be, and we agreed that my issues are likely reflux-related. (I have reflux and it comes and goes, but as you probably know the symptoms are quite similar to heart issues like angina)
if you have any concerns that this could be heart-related get it checked, you already know from previous experience that this is a possibility so it would be a sensible step
meanwhile, maybe you could avoid doing things which bring on the symptoms
Go see your doctor or phone 111 or A & E .....we are not qualified to help. Always go to gp first
