Palpitations at night.

Morning all.

I've been under a lot of stress for the past few months and am finding that when I go to bed I'm getting a strange quivering feeling around my left rib area which set off alarm bells for my heart.I had a successful flutter ablation 2 years ago.My question is my pulse feels normal and regular and kardia says NSR.So I am a little confused what I'm actually feeling.Has anyone experienced this before.I did take my normal 25mg losartan before bed as usual but it was a bright yellow pill instead of previous white ones.Im wondering if this is the problem.Any responses welcome.

I get heart palpitations at night if I drink more than 2 bottles of beer. I cured it by not drinking at all.Just a thought.
